Some Real Estate Updates

We thought we'd pass along some real estate info forwarded to us for those interested out there:

• The Don Erickson Home in Barrington, Illinois has been reduced from $4.2 Million to $3.95 Million. Check out a post we did on the house when we visited to see some photos.

• The William Beye Fyfe designed house in Woodstock, Illinois is still for sale at the very attractive price of $399,000. I visited the house today and it is in amazingly great condition with tons of special PrairieMod-esque touches. Check out the home's website here.

• Finally, our friend Joe at jestsetmodern recently sent us a heads-up on his newest listing, a wonderful Keck house design, which has also been featured on Chicago Magazine's website.
